Your new vacation rental home has a fully furnished kitchen. The Lodge at the Lake llc is more than a bed and breakfast craze that is sweeping the nation. We provide you with the kitchen appliances and even cookware. You provide any food you and the family like while having the great convenience of sleeping in on your weekend vacation, or you can stay for the week or longer if you like. No more B&B hassles of up at 8 am if want a hot breakfast. The kitchen has been remodeled and furnished with an antique working refrigerator and freezer, just like the ones Grandma had growing up. We pride ourselves with a country cabin feel with all convinces of a modern family tucked in.
The newly remodeled living room is fully furnished with free cable tv and free Wi-Fi. There is plenty of space for a large group to gather and enjoy the evening. If its extra space you need for sleeping the couch can also be unfolded into a bed for those last minute family members or guest that want to share in the big vacation get a way. The Lodge at the Lake llc is more than a vacation rental; we are relaxing home away from it all. The upstairs living space has two large windows for ambient light and a sliding door directly to the large attached patio outside.
We have two furnished bed rooms with fresh linins provide. This full sized bed room is fully furnished with an antique dresser and end tables as well as a large built in closet. The two large windows allow for a terrific view outside and curtains for your privacy. There is enough floor space if you need room for a baby bassinet or a blow up bed for your toddler to sleep close by. This bed room comes with a very nice ceiling fan to help circulate air to keep you comfortable while enjoying your stay with us.
This bedroom has a full sized bed with end tables and direct access to the living room upstairs. All our beds have fresh laundered linens and comfortable pillows. The second fully furnished bedroom is a midsized room with a built in closet and an antique dresser also a relaxing chair if you want to get in some private reading while on vacation with your family. This particular room has two large windows from which you can have the Lake Erie sunset stream in from the northwest during the warm summer months. The second bedroom also has a large ceiling fan for wonderful air circulation.
The main floor bathroom is located just outside the first bedroom. It is a cozy room with a full stand shower with tub. The second bedroom is just feet from this bathroom as well as just of the living room. There is plenty of cabinet space for your whole family and quests toiletries too.
With just a small view of the several acres of cut lawn and furnished 30x30 ft. patio , and remember we have over 22 acres of wooded land for hiking and hunting in Ashtabula county. Just imagine how your family will enjoy sitting outside and cooking on the grill, and we provide the grill with propane, after a long day at the beach. Coffee in the morning; watching nature off your perfect patio has no comparison. Why would you rent just a room from just any bed and breakfast? Along with a fully furnished living space, a loaded and completely functioning kitchen, two superbly laid out bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower all on the first floor, The Lodge at the Lake llc provides your perfect vacation rental with a lower third floor furnished with two entertainment rooms. This level has short bar with stools that overlooks a working competition grade slate pool table that has been laid with new felt and a great view of the wood burning stove. Both rooms have easy access to the second bathroom on the first floor. The second bathroom is also a full bathroom and comes with a stand in single shower with a separate personal Jacuzzi tube as well.
The Lodge at the Lake llc is prepared for large family vacation rentals as well as company retreats. The down stairs entertainment area comes with an additional fold out couch bed and a futon for additional guests. You will find an additional TV with a view from couch, futon and the bar and as always with free cable and free Wi-Fi.
